Step 1
The Property Consultant presents to the Buyer the details of the Mamala Estate project he/she is
interested in. The presentation includes information such as the overview of the Mamala Estate project,
available residential lots, amenities and financing options.
Step 2
After we schedule the Buyer for tripping at the site. The client may visit the Mamala Estate property with one of our Property Consultant to have a fuller knowledge of the property's location, amenities, landmarks, and other points of interest in the region.
Step 3
The Buyer selects the preferred lot location of the Mamala Estate property to be purchased.
Step 4
The Property Consultant will explain the required documentation, the step-by-step process prior to, housing and administrative policies, the duration and transferring of Titles. Following that, the customer will be requested to fill out our Buyer's Information Sheet with the relevant information and provide the necessary requirements.
